Structure and Governance
Project Implementation
Every project is headed by a Project executive. Programme Executives may be handling more than one project at a time. Every project would have one Programme Officer. To assist Programme Officers, there would be Programme Assistants. Every team should have at least one community representative. The team would include both technical and non-technical hands depending on the nature of the project. For an immunisation project for a rural community, there would be a health worker who is experienced in related areas as technical hand working along with non-technical people.

An administration team which includes HR Managers, IT and Communications Managers and an Accounts Managers provides necessary support in the day to day running of the organisation.
Advisory Board
FWF has an Advisory Board which includes experts from the fields of social science, technology, health and management. The members of this board are nominated. One year is the term of office and renewal of position is possible. It is mandatory that at least one woman would be present in the board though there is no restriction on the maximum number.
